AI engineer · Business process automation

I find the hours lost to manual routine — and build automation that gives them back to your team

First I learn how your business actually works. Then I design and implement an AI system for that specific process — no generic templates, no automation for automation's sake.

01 · Problem

Routine rarely looks like one big problem

It is spread across people, chats, spreadsheets and tools — anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, every single day.

1030 hours a week

is what a team can spend on tasks that could be automated.

  1. 1

    Communication

Repeated answers, follow-ups, status requests, information passed along by hand.

  2. 2

    Data movement

Copying between systems, manual reports, re-entering data, out-of-sync databases.

  3. 3

    Processes

Handling a new lead, placing an order, onboarding an employee, tracking the next action.

02 · Approach

How I work

01

Audit and opportunity mapping

I start with a conversation with the manager and the team, not with a tool. I study what should happen according to the playbook, how the process really works, and which critical knowledge exists only in people's heads.

02

Prioritisation

I score every opportunity by Impact, Confidence and Ease. That way we start not with the most visible task, but with the solution that brings the most value for a reasonable effort.

03

Design

Together with the client I map the whole process: the trigger, data movement, decisions, branches, AI actions and the final result.

04

Build and testing

I test the automation on real data and edge cases, looking for situations where naive logic would miss a problem — or reproduce it.

05

Results and handover

I record the before-and-after metrics, prepare the production configuration, the instructions, and the differences between the test version and production.

Practical solutions

n8n automation · marketplaces

Weekly Ozon and Wildberries review analysis

n8n Python OpenRouter Google Sheets Excel Docker VPS
Problem
The sales team manually went through reviews from two marketplaces every week — 3–4 hours.
Solution
An n8n workflow ingests exports, deduplicates entries, classifies negative reviews via an LLM in batches, and compiles a ready report.
Result
~877 reviews a week are processed automatically, cutting the time from 3–4 hours to ~1 minute.

Telegram bot for managing voice AI agents

n8n ElevenLabs Telegram Bot API MySQL
Problem
Editing prompts and knowledge bases for ElevenLabs voice agents required direct console access — unsafe to delegate to a team.
Solution
A Telegram bot shows each user only their own agents, accepts edits via text or voice, requires confirmation before any change, and keeps a full audit log.
Impact
AI agent management can be delegated without risk of accidental or unauthorised changes.

Full-stack + AI agent · personal project

Smart search for things around the house

Next.js React TypeScript Supabase
Problem
Personal belongings are scattered across storage spots — hard to remember what's where.
Solution
A full-stack app with an AI agent that answers natural-language questions like "where are my spare keys?", plus secure auth with per-user data isolation.
Impact
A complete product built and deployed end-to-end — a demonstration of full-stack + AI-agent skills.

04 · Principle

I don't sell one-size-fits-all automation

First I understand how a specific team works — only then do I design the solution.

  • process first, tool second
  • a minimal working version instead of an overloaded system
  • verified with real data
  • edge cases accounted for
  • clear documentation
  • measurable results

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does custom AI agent development cost?

It depends on the process: the intro review is free, a full audit is priced at $1,000–2,000 as a reference (you decide what it was worth once you've had it), and automation development itself is scoped and priced after the audit, once the actual work is clear.

How is an AI agent different from RPA?

RPA replays a fixed sequence of clicks and breaks the moment something deviates. An AI agent makes decisions from context, handles unstructured data, and adapts to edge cases — they're different tools for different jobs, and I pick the one that fits instead of selling the same template to everyone.

How does n8n automation compare to Zapier or Make?

n8n gives full control over the logic (including self-hosted), custom code inside workflows, and no plan-tier ceiling on complexity — that's what I use for production systems, not demo integrations.

Nika — AI engineer

06 · About

My name is Nika

I'm an AI engineer and n8n specialist, building AI agents and business process automation.

Before proposing a solution, I study how the team works: where time is lost, which actions repeat, and which decisions rely on manual control.

Then I design a system for that specific process — from automatic enquiry handling to AI agents, internal knowledge bases and integrations between services.

I'm deliberately building a broad profile, working with tasks across industries to spot recurring patterns and create solutions that respect how a business actually operates day to day.
